Who we are
This website, 4queries.com, is operated by 4Queries, the international practice of the search marketing agency KlientLab. For any privacy question or request, write to [email protected].
What we collect
- Audit and contact requests. Your name, website, email, phone or Telegram handle, market and message, when you send a form.
- Analytics. Pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser, how you arrived on the site, and in Microsoft Clarity anonymised recordings of clicks and scrolling. Form fields are masked in recordings.
- Messages. What you send us by WhatsApp, Telegram or email.
Why we use it
- To prepare the audit you requested and reply to you (legal basis: steps at your request before a contract).
- To understand which pages help visitors and improve the site (legal basis: your consent for analytics cookies).
We do not sell personal data and do not use it for advertising profiles.
Cookies and consent
We use Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity. Visitors from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland see analytics cookies only after they accept them in the cookie banner. Visitors from other regions can reject them in the same banner. You can change your choice at any time with the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of every page.
Who processes the data
- Google (Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager)
- Microsoft (Clarity)
- Web3Forms (delivery of form submissions by email)
- Cloudflare (website security and delivery)
These providers may process data outside your country under their own data protection terms.
How long we keep it
Analytics events are kept for 14 months. Requests and correspondence are kept while we discuss or deliver work and for as long as the law requires afterwards.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct or delete it, to restrict or object to its use, and to withdraw consent at any time. Write to [email protected]. If you are in the EEA or the UK, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.
